We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with partner studios to fulfill bookings, and with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, communications, payment processors) under contractual safeguards.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and enforce our Terms.
5. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can also update basic profile information from your account.

How do I update my information?
You can edit profile fields in your account, or contact us for assistance.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can delete your FitPass account at any time from your profile settings under Profile → Preferences → Delete Account. Studio owners can close their studio account from Studio Profile → Delete Studio.
When you delete your account, your personal information — name, email address, and phone number — is immediately anonymized. Transaction records, booking history, and financial data are retained for 7 years as required by Panamanian financial regulations. This retained data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you. Any remaining credits are permanently forfeited upon deletion.
Active subscriptions must be cancelled before account deletion. You can also email us at privacy@fitpass.pa for assistance.
How do cookie preferences work?
You can enable or disable non-essential categories anytime in cookie preferences; strictly necessary cookies remain active.
