1. Who We Are
FitPass is a Panama-based platform that helps users discover and book classes at partner wellness and fitness studios in Panama.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FitPass, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Bookings, Credits, and Cancellations
- Credits can be used to reserve eligible classes in partner studios.
- Credits may expire according to the plan, promotion, or package terms shown at purchase.
- Cancellation windows are set in-app for each class; late cancellations or no-shows may result in full credit deduction.
- Completed bookings are personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
5. Payments and Refunds
Purchases are processed through our payment providers. Unless required by applicable law in Panama, completed credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If a class is canceled by a studio, we may restore credits according to our internal policy.
6. Studio Participation
FitPass works with independent partner studios. Class schedules, instructors, capacity, and on-site policies are managed by each studio and can change without notice.
6b. Studio Payouts & Settlement
Studio credits become available for payout 7 calendar days after the class date. Payouts are processed on the 1st business day of each month. Minimum payout threshold is 10 credits.
Studios are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance. FitPass stores only a partial tax identifier for identity verification purposes and does not issue tax documents.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute on a member transaction, FitPass reserves the right to offset or recover previously settled studio credits related to the disputed booking.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use FitPass responsibly and lawfully. You must not attempt to misuse the platform, interfere with operations, access accounts you do not own, or engage in abusive behavior toward studios or other users.
8. Intellectual Property
FitPass branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as we improve the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform or third-party studio services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in Panama, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellation terms depend on each class and are shown before you confirm your booking.
Do my credits expire?
Some credits expire depending on your package or promotional terms. Expiration details are displayed at checkout and in your account.
Can I transfer my membership or credits?
No. Accounts and credits are personal and non-transferable.
How do I report an issue with a class?
Contact us and include the class name, date, and studio so we can investigate quickly.
